Reporting a problem

Tell us your device type, app version if available, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove private messages, account information, and journal entries first.

Never email your password, recovery code, payment-card information, or sign-in token. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an account request.

Content corrections

If an answer or passage looks wrong, send the question, Bible edition, passage reference, and the part that needs review. Please distinguish a quotation error from a disagreement about interpretation.
