The Narrow Path: Let’s Talk God

Delete account & data

Request deletion without needing to reinstall the app.

This page applies to The Narrow Path: Let’s Talk God, operated by Media Hogg LLC.

Request account deletion by email

Email support@mediahogg.com with the subject “Delete my The Narrow Path account.” Include the account email or username you used and say that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. Do not include a password or recovery code.

Start an email request

This button opens your email app. You must send the email to submit the request. If it does not open, write to the address above.

What happens next

We may ask for enough information to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. We will confirm the result and explain any limited records that must be retained. Do not send private journal content just to identify an account.

Use the app controls

In builds with account controls, open You, then the account settings and Delete my account. Follow the confirmation steps. For local or cloud personal history without deleting the account, use Storage & backup. Export anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.

What is removed

Account deletion removes the active account and its associated personal cloud history, including recent backed-up journal and chat records. The in-app action also removes that account’s library on the current device. A remote email request cannot erase offline copies on your other devices.

What may remain

Other device copies, downloaded exports, and hosting backups are separate. Limited records may be retained for legal, security, accounting, or purchase-verification purposes; anonymous usage totals do not retain deleted message text. See the privacy policy or ask us about your specific request.

Delete some data instead

You can email the same support address with the subject “The Narrow Path data deletion” and describe the category you want removed, such as cloud chat history. We will verify and clarify the scope before acting.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage any active subscription through the store where you purchased it.
