Questions & answers
Why “The Narrow Path”?
The name points to Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 7:13–14. The app encourages discipleship through Scripture, repentance, honest self-examination, and changed conduct.
Is the free chat AI?
No. It uses stored written material and Scripture on your device. It has limited coverage and should say when it cannot reliably answer.
Can I type a name from the Bible?
Yes. Name lookup searches the selected stored Bible and uses supported spelling variants and reference pointers. A shared name may describe several people or places. Arbitrary misspellings and every transliteration are not guaranteed.
Will the app hold me accountable?
It helps you name your own conduct, make concrete commitments, and review what you report afterward. It cannot observe your life or prove that someone else’s trust has been restored.
Does it decide whether I will go to heaven?
No. It supports reflection and Christian practice; it cannot pronounce God’s verdict on a person or promise salvation.
Does everything work offline?
Stored Bible reading and free written guidance work on-device. Account services, cloud features, and remote AI need a connection. Voice input may also use an online device service.
Are my journals sent to AI?
The app does not send journal entries to AI as part of journaling. When you explicitly use AI conversation, the messages and relevant history you submit are processed by the AI service. See the privacy policy for details.
Is the commentary church-approved?
No blanket endorsement is claimed. Some stored commentary is labeled model-checked rather than human- or church-approved. Check the source and review label.
How do I delete my data?
Use the app’s Storage & backup controls where available, or follow the account and data deletion instructions. You can request help without reinstalling the app.
How do I contact you?
Email support@mediahogg.com. The app is operated by Media Hogg LLC.
